On the issue of Alpha Role
Would you agree if I say a single working environment should not house two alpha-females? I think hostility will eventually creep in when both try to assume dominance and voice out differing opinions. I never say I am an Alpha-female. But I think that's how people in the working environment will define me to be. I tend to get domineering in my workplace but I am learning to bite back my tongue. At least for now.

It is always essential to moderate our own behavior, such that it doesn't fall on the extreme end. Agressive or passive, prideful or humble, quick-thinking or careful - there's no right or wrong, just moderate.
