My brain has turned jelly

Every now and then, you make one embarrassing mistake, and you hope to learn from them. Today - I learnt that microorganisms also include viruses, fungi and protozoa. This is like the fundamentals of my livelihood, and yet I was hoodwinked into thinking otherwise. Like seriously, how embarrassing a mistake can I make??
